With more than 33 years as a writer, art director and creative director, Ernie is an industry giant. Literally. The man stands 6’5”. Before joining DaviesMoore in 1994, he spent 15 years in the Milwaukee, WI, advertising business where he successfully created and produced campaigns for national and regional consumer and business-to-business products, including food, beverage, financial services, and hospitality. With too many awards to list, his experience adds confidence, decisiveness, exceptional detail and precision to our creative department. He’s an old-school creative guy, who is uniquely equipped with a skill set often overlooked in today’s landscape, including sound design principles, hand-illustrated fonts and pencil-sketched concepts and storyboards. Ernie attended the College of Idaho, the Los Angeles Art Center College of Design and earned a BFA in graphic design from the University of Idaho. He’s an aficionado of cowboy boots, single malt Scotch and fast cars. In fact, when he’s not illustrating Porsches, he’s racing them.
